How do you think Jared Allen will do?

With one of the top defensive lines this year? Will the Williams Wall help him produce more than he did last year? Well he does play the Lions twice so will we see alot of sacks from those games?

This may sound stupid but here me out.... Jared Allens big role in Minnesota is to strengthen the secondary.

Allen can shed double teams like a hot knife through butter. Allen on that defensive line easily makes that line the best in the NFL. Jared will be SO disruptive to opposing QB's it buys the Vikings "okay" secondary to read offenses and make big plays.

Regardless of the 1st pre-season game

The Vikings D will be a very good one this year

The Williams Wall should consistently take away double teams away from Jared Allen... They should also be able to do most of the run stuffing which allows Jared Allen to mainly focus on getting to the QB.

If teams are gonna be throwing 40+ times a game against the Vikings again this year... JA could have 20 sacks

PLEASE DON"T READ TOO MUCH INTO THE FIRST PRE-SEASON GAME!!!

I guarantee you they will be way better come regular season...

They do not have great coverage guys and thus get killed when they are trying to play man to man with just the front 4 rushing

Jared Allen is going to have the worse season he's had in a while. Why? The Minnesota Vikings. That team just cant keep it together. Plus that division all is west coast offense. No time for allen when you have debacks like that.

He is playing beside two of the best Defensive Tackles in the NFL. He should have the luxury of only being blocked by one player. At most he will get chipped by a RB or a TE. He was the only decent Defensive lineman with the Chiefs and he still led the leaugue in sacks. Baring an injury, he should have a pretty good season. Double digit sacks is not out of the question. A reasonable guess is around 14 sacks.
