  1. lol i've thought about that myself. maybe deep down inside they would be a little ticked but i doubt most players would ever show it. the batter getting walked must feel like the best hitter in the world

  2. It only makes him hungrier for a hit!

  3. Well, from what I've seen with Prince Fielder, he feels disrespected when Braun is walked before him.

He literally comes out trying to hit a homer with every swing after one, just because they decided to pitch to him.

Last year, they would NEVER have wanted to pitch to Prince.

  4. Well, if it was me... I'd just be happier to bat sooner and be determined to teach the pitcher a lesson.

  5. depends on the situation

if first base is open and they walk the guy

id feel fine and just play the game

if its outta nowhere, i feel disrespected and try with all my mite to make them regret it

  6. He feel like he sucks.  (That's the pragmatic view, of course.  who knows what they think.) Even when putting a batter on to put the force in play (or whatever other game situation), they are walking that one because of the risk of a big hit to get to a lesser batter.
