  1. hey part taiwanese too... i dunno if this is really what youre asking, but i love taiwan.

my mom is from taiwan and my family is a strong believer of independence from china and such... random...

i think taiwan is like all other asia pacific countries, but in a way it is different from them too. it is special.

  2. Taiwan is an interesting country, blessed and cursed to live in interesting times.

I think Taiwan is filled with strong people who work hard, but who may need to sit and think harder about consequences of actions before doing actions and learn to work together better to help each other. Then they may not need to endure un-needed hospital bills, diseases, floods and may be able to present a better face to the world than the stereotype of the 'ugly chinaman' that unfortunately persists and rings true.

I think the more education and exposure to foreign ideas Taiwanese youth and leaders can get, the better. To sit on ones island and believe that one is isolated with the internet age upon us, is foolish and can only leave those individuals behind.

I also truly think Taiwan should change its name from the Republic of China, to the Republic of 7-11. Who else do you pay your bills to? Who else has their cameras upon you all, and catches the criminals for the police? This country isnt owned by China or the government, its 7-11 that gets things done here. God bless em!

    All hail 7-11!

Probably if you did that, China would shoot its missles, however. But 7-11 probably has a few SCUDS in its inventory to save your ungrateful asses.

  3. i love Taiwan , Taiwan is the most beautiful island in the World!!

  4. is almost like japan.

  5. What can I say, I love it here and have no intention of leaving anytime in the near future (Unless someone makes me an offer I can't refuse!!)

    Love the Place, People, Food

Very Special to me and My Family.

    24th year in Taipei.

  6. Taiwan is a developing country.

Most of its people want to modernize their country and live a democratic, free, and prosperous life.. I think most of the students in Taiwan have spent a great deal of money as well as time learning English, but, unfortunately, their English is poor.

What do you think of my opinion?

Thank you for reading my answer.

  7. it seems like a pretty cool country...
