  2. You think that you were not meant to be together any longer and that it is better to break up before you put more time and effort into a relationship that will not work out. You think that neither iof you is an angel or a devil and that things just didn't work out; that you are both safe and well and will live and love again.

  3. Simply focus on the good points of the relationship.  What have you learned about yourself by being in the relationship?  How will you apply these lesson to the next relationship?

Don;t waste any time feeling guilty for anything you did or did not do that may have caused the relationship to end.  Just focus on where you are now and where you want to be.

Take time to imagine the exact relationship you want to be in.  Daydream about the good things you wan tin life and look at this breakup as the springboard that will catapult you toward what you really want in life.

Know that everything happens just the way it is supposed to in life.  Learn to laugh sooner at things you know will be funny years form now.

    Enjoy life now!
