How do you think i should wear my makeup for homecoming?

i have blue-green eyes, and dirty blonde hair. i'm wearing a black and white polka-dot dress. can you guys help? THANKS!

for your eyes and hair color you should do the smokey eye with a pale color lip.. it will make your features stick out more.

black shadow needs to be applied to the crease and blended well, liner on the bottom(black) and mascara on top and bottom of lashes.

make sure you use a white or beige shadow all the way to your brow bone before you apply the dark shadow.. no need to apply eye liner on top of the eye. use a good masara. Loreal lash blast is great.. the brush is large and it volumizes the lashes....

do a very natural look with a brown mascara, and light black eyeliner. Apply the liner to the top lash line from outside to only about 3/4ths of the way into the corner. Then take a sparkly color and apply to the corner of your eye and the outside edge of you lower lash line! This will make your eyes really pop!!!
