1-How do you think of painting value?

2-whether school should start art subject?why?

3-How do you think of the artists taking painting as a hobby?

Just like most other art, painting is an expression of your soul.  Schools cannot teach you painting, they can polish/hone your art.  No problem if the artists take painting as a hobby and not a full time profession, either way they are expressing in a language they speak well and in some cases get paid for it.
