How do you think should I tell my parents?

That I'm dating a 20 year old? I'm 16 turning 17 in February. My mom will probably be ok with it, but my dad's the one I have to convince. I'm going to school in England so I'm living here with my sister, little brother, and her boyfriend. My parents are coming to visit in a few days. I'm worried about what my dad will say. How do you think I should tell them?

just like tell them you are dating him and if your dad isnt okay with it let him get to know him that would be the best way

This is tricky.  

I would say make sure you don't appear to try and hide it from them...make sure you never lie or happen to "leave his age out" of your sentence.  

If you think it's no big deal, act like that...

3 years really isn't a huge difference.  I'm 22 my boyfriend is 28 soon to be 29.  

Just be honest about why you feel this relationship is healthy for you and what's so good about him.

If you have your sister and brothers support as well, that will help your parents be okay with your decision.

well invite your boyfriend over to meet your parents for dinner, that way your dad will see him face to face

Tell them this:

"Mom, dad, I am going out with a guy. He is a nice guy. I think you would like him. He's sweet & kind to me. He is 20 years old, that's the only thing. But we understand eachother, and he's really nice. I want you guys to meet him soon."

Have your parents meet him, so they are okay with that, and understand where you're coming from with that. That should help, if your parents meet him, and know about him, so they can make sure their daughter (you) is okay.

*I hope he is in love with your real, and is sweet. I also hope he isn't just trying to get to you for s*x or anything because that's a pretty good age difference, where guys want s*x from younger girls. You don't want to end up with the wrong guy.
