How do you think the Russia/Georgia war will turn out?

Do you think it'll escalate into a big war? Weapons of mass destruction will be used? State your answer and explain.

Russia will pull back. They wanted to show world that they can and ready to have war with any country and that is it. Georgia will take over Osetia and Abkhasia again and that is it.

Russia is now suggesting they want the President of Georgia tried as a war criminal for the civilian deaths in the initial Georgian attack. My guess is that by the end of this week, as Russian forces get close to Tbilisi, the Georgians will depose him and he'll either be turned over to the Russians or else escape to the West and the war will end with S. Ossetia and Abkhazia being independent and a Georgian government that realizes starting a war with Russia was one of the worst ideas ever.

i am not sure but it looks as if it might escalate into something bigger and scarier right now russian troops have taken control of the main highway connecting western and eastern parts of GEORGIA a highway that is used to transport all the products and necessary items to the Capital Tbilisi. Georgian Troops are demolished and they probably will not be able to further defend themselves, so probably they will need some help. but i am not sure if any other country will be eager to help GEORGIA with military equipment and more troops.

Russian troops are even taking more towns right now they are in control of Senaki Zugdidi (near Abkhazia) and Gori (central city in Georgia)

No reason for WMD's, Russians won't want to live in their new territory if it's contaminated.

Let's hope not, but something has to done to stop Russia from crushing pro-Western governments within it's former empire.

I hope a cease fire will be successfully negotiated very soon. If the U.S. gets involved, we could have the recipe for world war three.

It looks like Georgia is about to be wiped out. That idiot of the president of theirs should have thought twice before doing anything stupid.
