How do you think the murray darling basin water should be distributed?

hey... i was just wondering, whats ur opinion on how the murray darling basins water should be distributed in the future, if any change is needed at all?

What would it matter what my opinion of the matter is?  Water is a commodity like any other to the privatization crowd and it will be sold to the highest bidder just like everything else from Elections to Votes.
