But if i wanted the entire world to explode tomorrow, I would like all the killers from every scary movie, EVER, to come to life and make the ultimate team of killers.  Even if the killer dies in the movie, he/she will come back to life and destroy the world.  They also take over Russia first and have tons of nuclear destructive machines...

For me, I'm guessing another 'big bang' would happen,hopefully far, far in the future, and the whole universe, including Earth, would be destroyed. And a new universe would be created..

I will tell you exactly how the world will end.

In about 2 billion years the Andromeda galaxy is going to smash into ours at 200 kilometers a second, throwing everything off orbit and making everything, in the words of Dane Cook, "blown to smitherines".

If that doesnt kill Earth,

in about 5 billion years, our sun is going to run out of fuel, setting of a chain reaction that will cause the outer layer of the sun (photosphere) to expand far past the orbit of Mars, roasting the inner planets , including Earth, and turning them to space dust.

However,

Scientists think that in as many as 1 billion years, the Sun may heat up so much that it will burn off any life on this planet. But that is a long time for humanity to evolve, and for technology to evolve for the human race to get off the planet and find somewhere else to live... until that plantet's sun goes wonkey in one way or another.

If you think about it, it's not so bad. The molecules that make up your body were all created in the heart of a star...each and everyone one of them.

Something we know that might end earth and the people living on it, Nuclear or Atomic bomb's.

The possibility: we have been seeing Aliens and they might take over the world and they might have big explosive bomb's.

Scientists and other people are starting to make new technology; flying cars, robots,...etc. Our Earth and people could be destoryed by them.

And, If God wanted to, he could end Earth and people. As much power as he has. He might do it, because he's not satisfied with whats going on or he just wanted to redo everything.

Ah, or the Sun can just get to close and end everthing, too.

well i think it will be because of each other it will either be global warming or it will be nuclear war! whichever way we will kill each other and yes we are all meant to die in 2012 but the Mayans were right about many things so it could be with all the war it could happen as well it would not surprise me one bit

Man's technology is the one thing that will eventually be capable of ending the existence of man on earth.

  A meteorite or a massive volcano could likely kill all living things on earth but man is the most likely to be the culprit.
