  1. The simplest way to describe it is if you are passing to the left your right hand sits on top of the ball and towards the back of the ball.  Your left hand sits underneath about half to two thirds of the way up the ball.  The idea is that when you pass left the right hand provides the force and the left hand gives you the direction.  Don't worry about trying to spin the ball as this will happen without forcing it spin.  A lot of passing is in the wrists, and there are different types.

this isn't too bad a place to look for tips.  Also when you are starting and learning to pass it is best to find somebody to pass to.  Otherwise you end up chasing a lot of ball.  Once you get the hang of it, try aiming for targets any target will do bins, poles, mates and graduate to hitting targets on the run.  Nothing trains you like game time though. Practice makes perfect, but most importantly remember to HAVE FUN.  You will learn a lot quicker if you enjoy youself.
