How do you throw a ball with your less dominant hand?

I want to learn how to throw with my left-hand too. I learned how to throw with my right hand wekk.. but I forgot how I first started learning. How should I start? And when I DO try throw with my left-hand it's in a weird position and like a girl throw.

Help!

start by throwing marbles and work yor way up slowly till you can throw a medicine ball with your weak hand, this may take years but will be worth the wait
