  1. 1) Make sure the strings are not tangled.

    2) Stretch the net out so the connecting twines are at full length.

    3) Attach the rope to your wrist

    4) Loop the rope in your left hand (assuming right handed) in about 3 foot lengths (18" loop)

    5) Grab 6" below the top of the net to secure the net and the twine.

    6) Pull the net with your left hand through your right hand to keep it together and make enough loops in your hand to keep the bottom 4 feet hanging (the lead line)

    7) Either bite the lead line or throw about a two feet of line over your left shoulder.

    8) Stretch your left leg out a little and pull about 1/3 of the net on the right side of your leg starting with the line coming from your shoulder or mouth

    9) Bunch up the 1/3 of net across your legs and grip the bundle about 8 inches from the lead line.

    10) Turn at the hip and swing your arms like you were throwing a frisbee but swing your right arm a little faster than the left arm to impart a spin.

    11) If you put the line over your shoulder, ignore this step, but if you have the lead line in your mouth, let it go as soon as the net leaves your hands and release both hands completely at the end of the swing.
