  1. Go to Youtube and type "how to wrap hands" into the search box.  You'll get about a million videos that will teach you how to do it.

    Just make sure to wrap tightly and support the wrist, thumb, and back of the hand.  Pad the knuckles too if you want.

    You should probably wear gloves over the handwraps.

It's a little too complicated to explain without demonstrating to someone- however, I'm including the link from the website that I learned how to wrap from.  I use a variation of this because my hands are narrow across the knuckle, but long from the wrist to the knuckle.  The best advice I can give is to sit down on your couch and tie them over and over for a couple hours while you're watching tv or something one night.  That way you'll be able to do it quickly when you get to the gym, and you'll figure out what sort of variations you need to work with your hand and wraps.

    Yes, the wraps go under your gloves.  They're there to keep your knuckles together and to help pad your hand a little bit.
