  1. I find the most convenient way for me is from my bank debit card at a ATM (cash machine). It will just ask you twice for your mobile number (well, if you typed it wrongly you would be crediting someone else's phone - you can see their point).

If you have a vodaphone payment 'card' - a thing the size of a credit card with a magnetic strip on the back - like the things people use to pay gas and electric bill credits you can have it swiped at lots of supermarkets, petrol stations or convenience stores with a Pay Point sign and pay cash if that is easier - the swipe card is available free from vodaphone shops and most other good mobile phone shops.

Otherwise phone 2345 from your phone - that's the pay-as-you-go credit number.

  2. You can top up at the bank  when u use your cash card in a machine, its the first thing it asks u but then again if u dont have a bank account just buy a voucher at newsagents and supermarkets

  3. Go to any newsagents and ask if they do mobile phone top-ups. Hopefully, the answer will be yes - you then ask for a £5 Vodafone top up voucher.

They'll then print off a voucher, which should look like a receipt. This voucher will have a long number on it. Dial the phone number which is shown on the receipt from your mobile phone and follow the instructions.

Hope it goes well and hope I've helped!

    :D

  4. If you get a voucher just phone up vodaphone and then they will tell you to type in the 16 digit number( i think it might be 16 digits well if its not its a long number lol )on the voucher and then they will guide you through the rest. If you have the top up card then it will automatically go through but dont worry it is easy. x

  5. yeah just go to the shop ask for a top up voucher for whatever amount. On the voucher it should say the number to call then an automated voice will talk you through the rest
