How do you track a restricted call?

For like this whole school year someone keeps calling me on restricted late at night and its creepey because they whisper something and breathe into the phone and i told them to stop calling but they still call. Is there a way to find out who it is even though tis restricted??

If they call more than 3 times in a row it is considered harassment. Call the phone company and they can trace it and notify the police you are being harassed. What phone service do you have? If you have verizon(not sure if it works for other companys but it might) you can dial *57 and the phone number with be traced and sent to verizon...but they cant give you the phone number, they can only give it to the police...hopefully this works for you. =]

Report it to the police.  It's hard to get the phone companies to open those records, but the police can.  It's also the safest thing to do.  

Better to be safe and call the police than to become a news story with an unhappy ending.

Call your phone provider to see if they can find out. If anything, they should be able to track where the call is coming from, but it might not be possible to know who is making the calls. Most probably it's just a kid from school that has a major crush on you!

You can call your phone company and they should be able to track it down from their records.
