  1. Me too i want to train for my 1500m event next year.

Run outside. It's way more fun. It's also toughnens you up so if you run on track it will be easy!

If you can run 2km instead that would be good.

    Good Luck!

  2. just keep running

  3. The normal practice of running 400-800, with slower than the sprint at the speed of running, heart rate and lung capacity will soon increase, the time will run 1,500 tired. Running time attention to the former 500 meters slightly faster pace, the middle 500 meters resume normal speed manual, the last less than 500 metres from the accelerated sprints, and poor 200 metres sprint to the end of the time, there will be good results. To select suitable clothing and shoes, good ventilation.Ive bought some running shoes at www.dunksb-king.com.

  4. Depending on the type of route you r running, you shd train differently as well. If it is a cross country race, try to run terrains with longer distance like 5 km to train your stamina. If it is a 1.6k on track den train more on speed because there is no need to train for slopes. Do rmb to train for speed either way because that is the most imp thing. Do interval trainings which means run laps. One lap run ur hardest den rest for 1 min n try to do it for ab 5 times if u can. You realise that ur speed will increase overtime. Do this training once a week den train on ur stamina 3 times a wk doing diff routes. U can train on the treadmill but it is not as gd because the treadmill does not simulate the same conditions.

Try to train at the same time as ur race time so u can adapt to the weather conditions. Also, invest in proper shoes that's comfortable for running, Asics is the best dun buy nike shoes.

Besides that, always rmb to hydrate urself well throughout the training and always do ur warm up and cool down by jogging about 2 laps before n after training n stretch after the warm up n cool down. Nutrition is vr imp rmb to have a balanced diet n eat sufficient protein n carbohydrates. Also dun eat 2 hours b4 running or u'll get stitches.

Basically, that's all. Wish u best of luck for ur run:)
