  1. Discipline, just plain discipline.  (Conscious effort)


  2. Fasting - is probably greatest exersize, but can be dangerous if not done right.

  3. Meditation is the key. Your brain works very fast, so usually, you do things before you fully realize what you are doing. Meditation will give you that mental strength to make your mind and will power stronger. I bet you open the fridge, even if your not hungry. If you meditate, you will be fully aware of what you are about to do. So your mind will always move fast, but with meditation, your maybe a second before you open that fridge, you will realize that there is no use in doing so.
