your camcorder should have A/V Out jacks (the red/white/yellow ones) that came with it. Hook these into your VCR, throw in a blank tape, hit play on the camcorder and record on the vcr.

There are some old-school VHS camcorders that you can put vhs in and record, however they're rather big and bulky. Most people get the Mini-DV or mini-dvd or HDD camcorders these days because they're smaller, lighter, easier to use and have more features for editing while still in the camera.
