How do you transfer a movie file from a camera without a firewire?

and no my camera does not allow me to transfer the video file using a usb and my dv cable is not working and i cant replace it so how do i transfer without a dv/firewire

You don't - sorry!  But why can't you replace it - they're cheap and readily available.
