How do you transfer after effects files to premiere pro??

Question

once you animate something in after effects, and wanna transfer that title or sumthing to premiere pro in the timeline...how do u do that? can you do that? can you just edit an entire vid on after effects. i really dont know after effects too well but i know premiere pro well. (cs3) . does my question even make sense?? haha

the most foolproof way by far is to just export the video file in after effects and import it into premiere.

however, the fancier way of doing it is to "open the premiere project in after effects" and then when you save for the changes you made in after effects, the changes should* translate over to the premiere timeline.

*from my experience, it doesn't always work properly
