How do you transfer downloaded songs onto itunes?

Question

I downloaded some songs from www.mp3000.net and I want to put them on my ipod. How do I do that? If I can't, do you know of any other free download sites that I can get music from? (that can transfer to itunes, besides limewire)

locate the folder that the song is in and right click on the song...it should say open with and if itunes comes up and plays then it should be in your library then. otherwise open itunes and click on add song to library. then locate the song that way...hope that helps.
