How do you transfer iTunes library onto a laptop?

I moved and we didn't take the desktop with all our iTunes stuff on it and instead we took a laptop. How do I get everything onto the laptop?

install tune ranger and then you can tansfer everything from your ipod to itunes

I was in a similar situation during Christmas break last year because I got a laptop, with my iTunes still on the regular computer.
