How do you transfer images and videos on a blackberry pearl 8100 using vista?

I am using Vista. The desktop manager doesn't allow you to get/transfer the images/videos taken from the blackberry. The my computer explorer doesn't have the USB -> SD Drive available in it.

Seems like they forgot to put that on the software for Vista?

  1. Sounds like u have an old version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager, or u r using a version with no Media Manager.

    Go here; https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/bro...

    Select BlackBerry Desktop Software v4.3 from the drop-down list.  

    Then select the 3rd or 4th  "Download" link.

    Desktop Software v4.3 b25 with Media Manager (Multilang)

    OR

    Desktop Software v4.3 b25 with Media Manager (English)

    Follow the steps, download and install.  Now u will have the BlackBerry Media Manager to transfer images and videos.
