How do you transfer video recorded on Tivo to a PC or MAC?

Converting video on Mac I use iskysoft video converter for Mac. It converts between all popular formats and works great.

I run my Tivo series two to a DVD recorder.  Once it's finalized on the dvd recorder you should be able to slip it into any computer.  

It's good, but watch out because new recorders are said to have copy write protection on movies that you put on the Tivo.
