How do you transfer your addresses from outlook into another address book such as my main ISP?

i am going overseas and all my addresses in outlook need to be transferred to my ISP provider page can anyone help

i don't want a yahoo as i will have lots of big files

export them into CSV this will give you the greatest compatibility, if you ISP wont allow you to import this then you can easily open in excel and save into any other format.  i've added a link for both Outlook and Outlook Express below.

Windows live mail is pretty good, gives you both the online and offline options
