Well, when I plugged in my iPod on my moms computer, it gave me an option to put the songs from my iPod there.  You should try that.

Depending on the amount of song you have you can burn them on a CD

or use a USB stick to store them onto a transportable media.

Download Itunes into the new system and load or drag and drop stored media into the new Itunes folder.

open the file location of your songs and copy/past them onto a cd, put it in another computer and you should be able to upload it onto itunes

P.S. be careful this may be illegal I'm not sure so don't blame me if you get in trouble of fined
