How do you transform dormer windows inside a room?

i have one dormer window in my kinda small room, but its kinda like two slants with a window between them. i am looking for something to DO with the slant parts, so that they are cooler. any ideas? what i could hang, etc.? past experience with them? i am trying to open up the room also, so any suggestions would be great, thanks!

A quick and easy idea would be to put some posters there.  If they are the right size, you could center them so that the space around them looks like a frame.   Or get a quart of paint that contrasts with the color already in the room, and paint just those sections of the ceiling to give it some eye appeal.  Heck - combine the two ideas - the new color can serve as the frame for the posters, esp. if you find a color that compliments the colors in the posters.

Hi........If you have a cat like friend who doesn't mind hanging on a roof.......you could build and put some kind of tricky windows in...........a friend of mine just painted his childrens rooms somewhere between 8 and 11 different colors...each side of the dormers were different and I thought it might not look good till I saw it, and then Wow, was it beautiful. If you looking to make it strange without much money....do it with colors.......and colorful lines.......it would be very nice if thought through........go get your self some flowers and look at natures themes and match them....if they are to bright just tone them down with matching color chips. all the best
