How do you travel to foreign countries when you're 16?

I'm 16 and I would really like to travel to France, Italy, and Spain. How expensive would it be, and what is the best method to travel? What are the best sites? How could one move to France? What are the best things to know?

My best advice is always carry your passport and not allot of cash on you because of pickpockets and the Gypsies in Spain and Italy.The best method of travel is the train or by plane which have cheap flights and it shouldn't be that expensive if you stay in hostels but as far as moving there I have no idea.my best advice is just be safe but there shouldn't be to much trouble because allot of the streets in Spain's big cities are safe to walk around in at night.Also another thing is at least no one of those languages because yes granite in the big cities allot of people speak English you get into the suburbs and almost no one does.I just say have really fun and make the best out of the situations and give your self a few days to adjust in each country because you will be culture shocked.
