My two month old kitten has a cold and is on antibiotics. She is eating and drinking, but her nose seems quite stuffed up. I tried putting Ayr saline drops in her nose several times, but she resisted it and ran. Is there anything else that can be done to help her?

  1. Let her sit in the steamy bathroom and breathe the steam. That will help open her up.

  2. If you haven't talked to a vet i would because cats pretty much never breathe out of their mouth!!

  3. Yes, You can try sitting in a steamed up bathroom for 20 minutes, 3 to 4 times per day. The steam breaks up the mucus and helps the kitten breath better. And, if you make it fun playtime... even better!

Keep up with antibiotics and good luck!
