How do you treat a sore throat??? Please Help!!?

Question

The cause of the sore throat is a common cold. But i have loads of animals so i can't really afford to be ill. Is there ANY way to treat a sore throat,as i have been up ALL night due to it!

try lemon water with honey.....you put a slice of lemon in your water and a teaspoon of honey...you can also take the honey with out the lemon...also  I have hear Onion ....you can cook the lemon water so its warm and you can add onion to it too and then the honey....so try a combonation of the stuff above and find what works for you.

gargle salt water.

dont swallow it, but gargle it.

I know its disgusting, but it works.
