How do you turn a .MSWMM file made by windows movie maker into a file that can be uploaded onto Youtube.

Ok, first the .MSWMM is the file type of the "project" within movie maker.  So, do this:

1.  Open Windows Movie Maker

2.  Open the file  (File > Open Project... Browse to the .WSWMM file)

3.  Once the project is open, click "Save to My Computer".  This can be found on the Movie Tasks sidebar on the left side of the screen, under the 3rd section called "Finish Movie".

4.  Choose a name and location and click Next.

5.  In the next screen, click "Show more choices...", then click other settings.  In that drop-down menu, choose "Video for broadband 150kbps".  Click next.

6.  Click finish.

Now you should be able to upload the WMV to YouTube.
