How do you turn a dive bar into a class lounge? Its west of Seattle...20yrs of old school ideals..bad djs.etc?

The lounge serves the older crowd in the days...unaware suburban drunks at night. "This is how you do it" brings them to the dance floor.

Come up with a nice specialty drink menu...

infused vodkas, exotic fruit and herbs.

Change up the music. Chill electronica earlier in the evening, and a band at night.

Make sure you staff is dressed to the 9's.
