As far as I know you can't turn a WAV file into a MIDI file. But I may be wrong. Try Google. http://www.google.com/search?q=Convert+W...

Google the Any Video Converter and download the any video converter. Otherwise you can try the windows media encoder. Or maybe other encoders.

you can Use WavePad! just insert the track and then Save it as.. Midi format, it works perfectly and also converts to other useful formats!
