How do you turn a text box VERTICALLY?

i am making something for my little sister like a binder cover with a bunch of cute sayings on them but i dont know how to turn a text box on its side (i think its vertically!) please help!

Hold shift and grab the upper-right corner of the text box and rotate it counter-clockwise or use the rotation tool and hold shift down as well. Hope this helped!

Since it's an image text box, make sure you have focus on the text box and go to Image menu or wherever the Rotational Tool is and just have it rotated.
