How do you turn a video into a track?

i have a video of me singing but i want to turn it into a track. (like a file u can play on an ipod nano)

um help me please

im not good with computers so wow

iPod can not support all format files.It can support MP4 format.

If the videos are not mp4 format.You need a convert software to help you convert the vides to MP4 format.And then transfer the videos that be converted to iTunes.
