  1. OSHA for unsafe conditions.

Restaurants are not required to pay wait-staff min wage, since there are tips involved.

  2. department of labor. if you were told you would  get minimum wage and didnt. you can sue to get whats ole to you. no job is worth your health or life. turn them in.

  3. You go to the state wage and hour office at the local job service. Their job is to if necessary take the employer to court.

  4. OSHA, for sure! It can be anonymous-I have done it before. They came in the next day and fined the company and fixed everything.

  5. I am very familiar with this.  Restaurants are required to pay at least minimum wages to all, including those who receive tips.  Those who receive tips have a lower minimum wage.  If this is not done, the you can report to department of labor.

If illegals work there, then you can contact the police, Immigration and Naturalization, the FBI, and IRS.

Unsafe working conditions can be reported to OSHA, to Dept. of Labor, and possibly to the Health Inspector. It can also be reported to building inspector, if it involves the structure, etc..

  6. It really is none of your business how they run the restaurant. If you don't like the management, then leave and eat somewhere else!

There's countless restaurants all over. go get a job in one of them and stop complaining.
