How do you turn off caution flags in NASCAR 09?

First, you have to be playing on PRO mode... FAMILY mode doesn;t let you change hardly anything.

Make sure you are in Pro Mode, then turn damage on normal... And Cautions off. Or if you want you can just turn it on Family play. It dosent have cautions.

when you are selecting the track, you can press a button and go to the race details screen. then at the bottom of the race details screen, you can change the flags to how you want.
