  1. Start ->
    Control Panel ->
    Date, Time, Language And Regional Options ->
    "Languages" tab ->
    "Details" ->
    go under "Installed services" and find Speech Recognition ->
    click Remove and then OK ->
    Click OK again.

    You may need to restart your computer after this.
