How do you turn off the traction control on an expepition?

Some cars won't let you manually turn off the traction control systems, one way is to pull the fuse but you will have a dash light on with the traction control icon on it

On a 2003 model there should be a switch right on the dash.

The switch should in the middle of the dash.  Also look in your manual that came with your Ford.

BTW, there are times when I do not like traction control.  This is a good question.
