How do you turn on the fog lights on a 1996 Sebring?

We turned the headlights to low beam, We pressed a bar on the dash' Switch? fog lights do not come on. What are we missing? It would seem that at least one would come on.

seems like u may have a blown fuse. your not doing anything wrong. theres something wrong with the fog lamps.
