How do you turn the roger bleep off on a ham international multimode 2 cb radio?

i need to know how to turn off the roger bleep. i know you need to use 2 posts on the bleep board but thats all i know

Ham (amateur) radio and CB are two very different things.  I suspect what you have is a CB.  Hams don't use "bleeps" on their gear.  Some ham repeaters use a courtesy tone to indicate that the repeater time-out timer has been reset, but beyond that, no.  I suppose you could check a local CB shop, if there are any of those still left.
