How do you turn yourself into a ragdoll in garrys mod?

once while playing gmod 10 someone told me the console command to turn yourself into a ragdoll,ive forgotten the command and cant find it on the internet, please help!

when you die you turn into a ragdoll or just type kill into the console to commit scuicide and ragdoll youself that way.
