I have an idea on how to type it but i'm not completely sure that it's right, just confirming. It can be in simplified or trad.

  2. 祝你周年紀念快樂!!

  3. Simplified Chinese

    祝你(wishing you)一周年(one year anniversary)快乐(happiness)

    Traditional Chinese

    祝你一週年快樂

  4. 周年快乐!

Genarally people just omit the 一. Also people prefer to use 4 characters. It just sounds better that way.

I don't know. My Chinese teacher said so. He was a native speaker.

    Hope that helps. :)
