How do you unblock somebody elses number when they call private?

Your phone company can provide you with anonymous call blocking.  Then they have to temporarily disable their private (by dialing in a code) before they call you.

i dont know but i put a privacy setting on my line through at&t so if the caller calls private they have to un do the private so i can see there number or i give them an access code which is there number. or the caller has to anounce who they are your phone rings and it says privacy manager and it anounces who they are.
