  1. Globalization is about EXPLOITATION(of people and resources) on the biggest scale possible.

  2. Globalisation is a wide concept. It includes both the world economy and the creation of a global culture and the expansion of international relations.

    1) From an economic point of view:

World economics isn't new. It dates to the Renaissance with the establishments of colonies for ressources and trade.  We can generaly say that it created a world division of production. This division of work doesn't much benefit to the less developed countries.  However, it has been thought since David Ricardo in the 18th century that trade between rich and poor countries would benefit to both (''comparative advantage'').

    2) From a social point of view:

Globalisation is the phenomenon where a global conscience or a global conscience is shared by people around the world. This is caused by the expansions of means of communication (TV, Internet...) and transportations (travelling and migrations).  We are all exposed to the same references and experiences, therefore wel all think alike. This phenomenon is, of course, the most recent.

    3) From a political point of view:

Since 1945, with the creation of the United Nations, the countries around the world have to respect international laws (in theory). Countries are ever more in relations with one another and they need to have ways to cooperate in peace.  The way they to this is by creating international organisations such as: UN, World Bank, International Monetary Fund, NATO, NAFTA...). Since the end of the Cold War (and in addition to the technological advance of the last decades), countries are in multilateral relations, therefore more globalised.

  3. Globalisation would be good if it would  bring peace and order in the world and bad if  maniacal technotyrans take the power.
