How do you undo the little balls on a nipple bar?

I've had my nipple pierced since feburary and i wanna change it.

How do i unscrew the balls?

they are so hard to undo.

I cant do it! hellp!

i wanna put a prtty one is and this c**p is like CEMENTED in.

This is gonna sound like im crazy, but try using two pairs of little pliers, use one to hold it still, and the other to twist it. that happend to my eyebrow before, and thats what i did.

Put on a pair of rubber gloves, hold onto the other ball tight as you move the other one left.
