How do you unfreeze an iPod Nano?

yeah i have an ipod nano video 3rd generation. it won't turn on and the computer won't recognize it to charge it. screen still stays black. i've tried the toggle hold and hold menu and select or just menu and nothing works. anyone else have any ideas?

don't use it and let it cool down.

that has happened to me too. You are going to have to wait until the battery dies or until it cools down.

Trying restarting it by holding down the center button+menu together for about 6 seconds.

Try again in an hour. If that doesn't work, try in 4 hours. Increase time to make sure your iPod is getting enough time to cool down. All you can do is wait. I hope your iPod unfreezes soon! Good luck!
