How do you unlock all of locked teams in madden 09 on ps2? like the monsters or Kickers.!?

There is also the manipulators, Dummies, AFC and NFC Pro Bowl teams etc. Do u unlock all of the teams if u get 100 % on Fantasy Challenge.
