How do you unlock your Mii on Mario Kart: Wii?

You have to win the 100cc Special Cup to unlock Mii Outfit A and you have to unlock all the staff expert ghosts times to unlock Mii Outfit B. The difference between them is Mii Outfit A looks like a racer Mii and Mii Outfit B looks like a Mario character with the blue overalls.
